Exchange Policy

We are quite proud of our sizing and minimal returns and exchanges. However, sometime it is necessary to exchange one size for another. If you need to exchange an item, here is the procedure:

Within 15 days of after you received your order, you may exchange any shoes in new condition that you purchased online from us for a different size or different style.

To exchange an item, you must you must submit a ticket for a return request at [HERE] which must including:

1. Your Full Name
2. Order Number
3. Item Name
4. New size you want

Return the pair of shoes in original packaging. Enclose the original invoice.

Upon receipt of your return, we will exchange sizes and resend.


Return Policy

Need to return an item? It's easy! Within 15 days after you received your order, you may return any shoes in new condition for any reason, for a full refund of your purchase price (shipping costs related to the order is not included, if a free shipping order is returned, normal standard or express shipping rate and all related shipping costs will be deducted from any refund). We want you to be totally satisfied with your shoes.

We will reply with information as to where to return the item and your pre-authorization number. We will NOT accept returned shoes that has not been previously approved. Special orders and custom orders are non returnable.

Refunds will be credited to the charge account used for the purchase. You will be notified via e-mail when the refund has been processed. Please be aware that it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
