| Question: How long will it takes to get my order? |
Answer:
In most cases, we will ship your order within 24-48 hours (1-2 business
days).
For standard USA/Canada shipping, it will takes 5-8 days PLUS order processing
time. You can exepct your order in 6-10 days.
| Question: How much should I pay if my order is over $100 but need express shipping instead of standard free shipping? |
Answer:
If you need express shipping and your order is over $100, you only have
to pay the upgrade difference between standard and express rate.
e.g.
If the express shipping fee is $29.99, you only have to pay $20. ( $29.99
- $9.99 = $20)
If the express shipping fee is $44.98, you only have to pay $30. ( $29.99
+ $14.99 - $9.99 - $4.99 = $30)

Question: Can you ship to P.O. Box? |
Answer:
Please provide a physical address when entering the shipping address.
The shipping address should be a location where someone will be available
to receive and sign for the package.
If a P.O. box is the only choice, we can still ship the order via first class air
mail(for standard shipping) or express mail(for express shipping) but it may takes a bit longer, please expect 4-5 days delay for standard shipping and 2-3 days delay for express shipping.
Use your physical address for delivery is highly recommended.

Answer:
All orders are shipped in bulk box without any word like "Increasing
Shoes" or similar terms printed on the shoe, insole, outsole, shoe
box or anywhere to make sure your privacy.
